Great location for your Croatia holiday, directly in {{vacation-home :: city}} On a 3.000 square meter traditional land is located between old olive trees, this beautiful holiday home pool villa Brioni 1. The house is located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Peroj. From the house with three bedrooms and two bathrooms for up to 7 people you have sea views. The holiday home has large lawns for sunbathing and lingering. BBQ facilities are of course. Also an ideal combination possibility for two or three families who want to spend the holiday together in a holiday property (together with swimming pool villa Brioni 2) in Istria. Pool size: 8 x 4 meters, water depth: 1.50 metersOur guests also enjoy the nearby beach areas in Fazana, Pomer, Medulin, Banjole, Pjescana Uala and Vinkuran at the southern tip of Istria. These areas can be easily reached in 5-15 minutes by car. Above all, the unique nature reserve "Kamenjak" is visited. Here you can drive through the car, for a small fee, and choose "your bay".
