"A nice hotel in a perfect location. You can literally walk anywhere you want to go and the metro is two minutes away. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Breakfast has many options including an omelette making station. Highly recommend."

"The hotel is conveniently located right in front of tram stop. It was easy to get to main attractions in Vienna in 15-25 mins. The room was spacious and clean. Kids enjoyed the bunk bed. The checkin and check out were fully automated, which was great to see. Breakfast had ton of variety. The breakfast area would get crowded for the size Of the hotel."

"The only issue I had is that I booked a room facing the courtyard and got street-view instead...the staff said that even if it is written on the website it isn't sure until you check in. Lucky - the room is very sound proff and I was able to sleep very good despite the outdoor traffic... Other than that the hotel is amazing, great location and looks great."
