"Centrally located from Central Station, by Dam Square and the palace. Ride the subway to Rokin exit rather than drag suitcases a mile from central station. Staff was wonderful and very welcoming. Breakfast was same everyday, but very good. We walked our feet off but the hotel is located near pubs and great restaurants. Highly recommended 😎"

"I wasn’t happy with the cleaning, I found a gel nail on the bed and underneath the bed was dirty there was rubbish which I didn’t notice until we were about to leave. Breakfast was expensive as we only eat continental breakfast so we ate out. Staff were good,"

Breakfast was the highlight of my daily routine. When comparing other properties available at the time of my stay I was able to book premiums rooms nearly double the size for an excellent rate by comparison to what was avaliable to me at the time. To top it off I arrived and checked in on Kings Day. City Central is easily walkable from this properties and Uber or Taxis are hardly 4 to 5 minute rides to the attractions in the area. "

The hotel itself is modern, clean, and high‑tech throughout. The metro station is only a five‑minute walk away, and the surrounding area feels safe and well‑lit, even at night. Staff were attentive, friendly, and genuinely helpful during our stay. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay here again."
