"One day there was no water at all for hours meaning no shower, bathroom tap, and the toilet would not flush!!! Disgusting to leave guests with no water. The surrounding hotels had water so not sure what went wrong. On the second day the maid took the towels and didn't replace them so I didn't have any clean towels in the room and there was nobody at reception to speak to. "The hotel was in a great location it was peaceful right by the sea . The staff were really lovely and helpful . Ionna and Joanna were especially amazing . The down side if you have issues with mobility it probably is not good as there are lots of steps , the only other downside is the food , not much choice and much as a same each night . But I would give this hotel 4 out of 5"

"Torn between gatekeeping and wanting to tell the world how brilliant FZeen is. Recommend it if you're active in mind & body (yoga, pilates, the stairs...), and want a tranquil, warm haven a bit off the beaten track for a week or two. The staff are wonderful, bend over backwards but not over the top. Couldn't recommend highly enough."

"Great family run hotel in a great location. Rooms have been recently renovated so modern, fresh, clean. I stay in lots of hotels with work and the one thing this place has done better than most is the noise proofing. Obviously it’s not silent but with the typical Greek island noise outside you don’t really hear it so well done. Breakfast is more than enough. Hot and cold items, fruit, yoghurt, pastries. Pool area is good for the hotel size, can run out of loungers occasionally but still enough room to sit on tables and chairs and room is never far away. Staff are all very friendly. The only thing that’s missing is a no room service tag to hang on the door. Saves them disturbing you when you are trying to have a lie in. Would stay again."
