"Pros: Moderne Wohnung mit elektrischen Jalousien. Sehr sauber alles und sehr freundliche Vermieterin, die einem viele Tipps für Ausflüge etc. gibt. Ein Hofladen mit selbst gebackenem Brot gegenüber. Schöner Blick von der Terrasse aus auf den Garten. Schön ruhig. Cons: Ein klitzekleines Manko ist die Lage, wenn man ein ungeübter, nicht so fitter Radler ist, da der Berg vom See hoch zur Unterkunft einfach trotz ebike zu steil und zu langgezogen ist. "We really had a relaxing time here thanks to all advises of our super nice host (Heidi!) and a brand new apartment with all confort placed in a strategic position to visit costanza lake, Rheinfall and Spieleland in Ravensburg. We really recommend this location to all families with kids….having also a playground almost private in front of the apartment was also a big plus !"

"Pros: Das Haus und die Wohnung sind sehr schön. Alles war gut ausgestattet, gepflegt und ansprechend, die Vermieterin sehr freundlich. Die Altstadt in Konstanz kann zu Fuß sehr schnell erreicht werden. Ruhige Lage nahe dem See. Cons: Das Doppelbett war für meine Bedürfnisse zu hart, das Ausklappbett dagegen i.O. Daher "nur" 4 Sterne."

"Die Wohnung ist geschmachvoll eingerichtet und die Lage war mit der Nähe zum See und zum Bahnhof für uns perfekt!Wir waren enttäuscht vom "zweiten Schlafzimmer", das eigentlich eine Schlafcouch im Wohn-Esszimmer war. Es steht in der Beschreibung der Unterkunft zwar, dass das zweite Bett eine Schlafcouch ist, nicht aber, dass diese im Wohnraum steht. Das sollte in der Beschreibung verändert werden. Wir waren zwei Mamis mit ihren Söhnen und hätten gerne den Wohnraum genutzt, wenn die Kinder...

"Wir hatten hier ein wunderschönes langes Wochenende am Bodensee. Die herrliche Landschaft, die hervorragend ausgestattete Wohnung und die tolle Lage zwischen Konstanz und Radolfzell hat unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht. Wir haben die Ruhe und die Spaziergänge am See sehr genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"We had a wonderfully relaxing stop. Well positioned for the train station and for exploring the area on the train. The room was very comfortable and clean, the pool area very inviting and the breakfast had a good variety. The family run establishment would do everything they could to make the stay more comfortable if you asked them. Not the hotel’s fault - but note that although it looks like there are lots of establishments around for dinner they don’t necessarily follow the hours you see on the internet. The hotel did have to help us out one night when all the restaurants had closed early since they were not so busy. I would recommend going out early to eat."
