"Great apartment for our visit to Nürburgring. there was 2 adults and 1 child. It is about 10 mins drive to the viewing at Brunchen. and less than 15 minutes across a lovely road to Adenau. This is a quiet village without shops etc - this suited us. Very quiet location. The apartment mezzanine level has very low headroom, this was OK as the younger ones slept up top and older downstairs. Finding the actual apartment was not easy, a neighbour helped us. "This is a superb place to stay, especially if travelling by motorcycle - and let's be honest, that's who they're aiming their business at. The owner and staff are just great, the food is incredible, and the outside seating area at the front is perfect to sit and chill out. There's covered bike parking on site with security cameras which is very reassuring. Ok, the room décor is a little dated and the beds aren't the comfiest you'll ever sleep in, but it's all very charming and honest. I'd come back in a heartbeat."

"Hotel was ok, but could be better. Mattress was very thin and umcomfortable. Duvet was oddly smaller than the size of the bed which made it difficult to use. It was twin sized while the mattress was queen sized. Maybe it’s a German thing. The air conditioning had an administrative lock on it so the room never got below 24 degrees even though I had the system set to 19. There were several large spider webs in my room and a big clump of hair on the bathroom floor. Not very clean. Staff was nice though."

"I didn’t realize that there would be no one at the reception desk of the hotel until 3 pm, so there is no where to leave luggage before check in time. The train station does not have luggage lockers. The apartment building has 4 floors without an elevator, you don’t know your room number until you get your key, we ended up on the 4 floor with 64 stairs! The method for getting your key was pretty slick, you don’t need to go to reception."
