The set up at VolosView makes for a stay in the busy town that feels very premium. The owner is friendly and informative and has created beautiful rooms, I got to stay in two options. I highly recommend booking at least a couple of nights at this hotel as one night will not be enough.

Volos view june 2022

The apartment was easy to find just 9 blocks back from the port. It was of superb quality, spacious, exceptionally comfortable bed and lounge area.Cold water in the fridge and bathroom products provided. Lovely view of the mountains and bug grid on the windows to enable fresh air without mosquitoes in. The only minor improvement was that it wasn't clear how to get in, when i queried it was just a case of ringing the number given on arrival. This could be clearer for new customers.

We've stopped here on two occasions now, for a few days in summer 2020 and again last week August 2021. Volos View is centrally located and once you have grasped the grid system in the city it's easy to find. The apartment we stayed in (same both occasions) is on the top floor, 5th floor I think? however the stairs are fine and besides there is a lift. It's really quite large with a really generous sized bedroom, and combined kitchen and dining area which is also a generously sized. The toilet and bathroom is great with a wonderful shower, there is a brilliant balcony, it is a corner balcony, its very large and offers up two different views of the city. It's lovely sitting here at night listening to the goings on in the city and also looking up at the lights of Makrinitsa in the mountains. Everything here is good quality, the door is super solid, bed wonderfully comfortable, we'll definitely stay again. If there is any tiny improvements that could be made, a couple of wine glasses and perhaps dedicated cushions for the outdoor seating but these are very, very minor quibbles. One last thing the owner has been super responsive when I have contacted them regarding any queries. This is a 10/10 property and well worth the price.
