"This hotel is a nice alternative for those only staying in the Venice area for a short time. We decided to stay at this hotel located near the airport rather than staying in Venice. We didn't want to deal with water taxis, bridges, steps, and long walks lugging huge suitcases. Did that before. They offer a shuttle service to/from the airport - book early as it sold out for our return. The front desk was very helpful in arranging taxi service for us into the city and back to the airport where we had to meet a cruise ship shuttle to Ravenna. Only negative was the lack of an elevator. Cruise wear can be VERY heavy! :) Would definitely stay here again."

"Hotel was perfectly situated for short trips into Venice. Carpets in hallway could be cleaner, but rooms were updated and well kept. Biggest downside was unloading rental car. It appears we had to pay to do so in a New York bike parking garage so we opted just to park illegally and unload from the road for a short period"

"The room was big and exceptionally clean. However, it was far from Venice Downtown. If you can walk, there is a train station nearby and you can take the train there. The hotel is close to the airport."

"Best part is the shuttle to the airport. Our room smelled like a sewer. The entire floor actually smelled so awful. Maybe it's just the first floor. We were too tired to request to be transferred to a different floor."
