Staff was wonderful. We arrived late and had a difficult time finding the right road to the property. Fabio was in contact with us the entire time and had to rescue us after we got lost. Thank you. Had a wonderful meal at the restaurant and breakfast the next day was exceptional. The room was very nice and clean. The wine tour was great and enjoyed the tasting. Stayed two nights and wish we could have stayed more. Highly recommended.

Just a phenomenal place to stay. Great breakfast options in the morning, friendly and helpful staff and the grounds were amazing to walk around. Perfect if you are looking to visit the neighboring villages in Tuscany

We cannot recommend this hotel enough. The price was so worth it. The resort has a delicious restaurant, comfortable and luxurious accommodations, a lovely bar, relaxing pool area, and the most amazing Tuscan hills view. We can attest that the romantic sunset they promote is spot on. There is a quaint downtown a 10 minutes walk away as well. It was conveniently located to Florence and many other Tuscan locations. It was amazing to get an authentic Tuscan experience.

The hotel is set in a wonderful location and everyone working here is so kind. Our room overlooked Siena and the view was stunning. Our breakfast each morning was delicious as well. We would stay here again for sure.

Amazing in every way. The beauty of waking around is unlike any other. When we got there after a long day of traveling we had just missed the lunchtime to eat, and when went to shower the handle broke off- this is not a complaint. First they extended lunch without being asked and fixed the shower within minutes. From there on everything was amazing. The place is very clean and quiet. It is in an exclusive neighborhood. Very safe to walk around. Their staff are very friendly and very service oriented. Breakfast was faboulous. The only thing is, it is a little further away from the city. Need a taxi to go anywhere but the taxi is also readily available and staff will call them for us. Wait time is very short usually less than 10 minutes.

Hotel staff was very accommodating. The bed was comfortable and the service was great. Very close the train station, about a 5 minute walk. Great local restaurants within walking distance. Also great location for visiting the historical sites.

This hotel is well situated for all the major attractions and venues in the area south of Florence. We enjoyed the property and breakfast was excellent!

We stayed 3 nights at Palazzo di Valli in late April 2022. The property is beautiful and located in a quiet residential area just south of the city's center. It sits on a hill overlooking a valley, and has it's own orchard and flower gardens. Instead of waking up to the sound of motorcycles and delivery trucks under your window, we woke up to chirping birds.
