"Wonderful old building with character and charm. Set right in the middle of Radda. Be aware you can drive into the restricted zone if you’re staying at the hotel, for 20 mins. I advise calling the hotel before you arrive."

"Very picturesque family Hotel run by a mom and son. Rustic and simple and clean in an amazing setting in Tuscany very close to Radda in Chianti which had cute restaurants and very scenic in the heart of Tuscany. We walked the Vineyards and our children swam in the pool. Simple & nice family hotel- nothing fancy!"

"We stayed at this property for three nights in mid July 2026. The property was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The property was close too many restaurants and shops. There is no parking on site. However, parking is available about 5 to 10 minute walk from the property. We were a little disappointed with the pool access. There could only be four people at a time at the indoor pool and had to make reservations well in advance to get a decent timeslot. The outdoor pool was a 5 km drive which was not convenient at all. If you are looking for a place to stay and don’t really want to pull access, this property has a lot of character."

"Loved our stay at Podere Terreno. The cottage was so peaceful and relaxing and it was an easy drive to some cute nearby towns. Restaurant recommendations in each town made selecting somewhere to eat very easy as well. Would highly recommend if you need a restful escape from the big cities."

"Wow! Just wow! We adored our stay at La Capanna. From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed and at home. From the beautiful outdoor dining area overlooking the rolling hills and vines to the expansive and immaculate pool area where we spent lazy afternoons, everything was gorgeous. It was a very comfortable abode for our group of 7 with ample bathrooms (4!), a laundry and a good sized kitchen for cooking too. We loved exploring Radda in Chianti, dining at La Bottega in Volpaia and visiting all the other little Chianti towns nearby. Our week flew by and we wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you very much to our host Michelle who went above and beyond to make sure our trip was excellent. We hope to visit again one day!"

"I was fortunate enough to stay in this beautiful hotel whilst photographing a wedding in Tuscany and I was so pleased that I am hoping to stay again as soon as I can. The staff were lovely, the hotel was beautiful and the surrounding areas were stunning. The spa was clean and calming, with three different rooms to try and a jacuzzi. I was offered a free yoga class one morning and my room was cleaned before 10am every day. On my last day, I checked out at 11am after breakfast and was offered a place to keep my bags so that I could stay out by the pooI until I needed to leave. I would highly recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone travelling through Tuscany!"
