The room was spotless, with all sorts of amenities (wine glasses, bottle opener, purified water, espresso, etc.), and the host was extremely helpful and informative. "We stayed in a two bedroom apartment. Shower access painfully tight. Some lights in the lounge flicker for a long time if turned off and on again. light globes missing in range hood. The microwave oven power cord runs over the induction cooker to wall socket. The smallest tv ever is provided. No tea or coffee. Host helpful in giving our friends a lift with their bags, and recommendations for eating out. Location is fine. Apartment is clean."

"Great location, but it is very confusing because the photo used for advertising is a museum it is not the place you are booking. Also it is not the kind of hotel we are use to book, it is difficult, because if you don’t get to the property on time for any reason, they leave and you have to wait outside with your suitcase and hot weather. Next time I will book a hotel with front desk. But I need to say that it was cleaned and nice room, bathroom and great location!"

It’s just a few steps around the corner to the central Piazza de Campo and all the wonderful shops and restaurants in that area. Our host, Hamza, was fabulous! "Beautiful hotel quaint town with plenty to see. Very helpful staff, nice delicious breakfast. We had a lovely time. The beds and pillows are very firm which takes getting used to but overall we were very impressed."

"When we arrived at the property we had so many questions about the area! The staff was helpful and answered all of our questions with great patience. We only stayed for 1 night, but wish we had booked for more nights. We toured Siena during the day, but came back to the property for a beautiful sunset and dinner. "Chambre en plein cœur du centre historique donc très bien situé pour visiter Sienne. Il nous a été indiqué une rue à 10mn à pied pour se stationner gratuitement. La chambre se situé au 4e étage sans ascenseur. Pour nous pas de problème mais c'est bon à savoir. La chambre est équipée d'un ventilateur au plafond ce qui n'est pas mentionné dans l'annonce donc très bonne nouvelle à notre arrivée avec plus de 35 degrés dehors. Par contre assez bruyant, un bar juste en bas mais on ne peut pas...
