"About 10 minutes to the city gate, this is a great place to stay outside Siena. Serene and clean.There is breakfast and plenty of parking in the back. There is also a grocery store called Penny within a few minutes' drive. "

"This is truly a boutique style hotel. We got very lucky to have booked this. Location was in central Siena which was a huge bonus. The rooms were stunning with hundreds of year old frescoes on the ceiling. The interior was furnished beautifully, the mattress was extremely comfortable and cleanliness was obvious. Massimo and Ada are THE BEST HOSTS"

"Absolutely beautiful property! Clean, safe and convenient to everything! The staff is amazing! Alberto was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and even making reservations. He also reserved a taxi for us to the train station (a nine minute ride). We are a family of four and the suite was perfect for us! "

"Nice, clean room with updated features. The shower is small with just a curtain and the sink was draining slow. But a nice place of overnight, especially for the price. WARNING: there are limited hours when you can get in so make sure you check on when someone is there to provide access."

"The host is excellent, the property is wonderful, spacious parking for six vehicles inside an anient iron and brick fence, ancient house with gorgeous and spacious interior, high ceilings, balcony with a spectacular view of the Tuscany countryside, and a fourteen minute drive from paid parking in the historic city center of Siena. Unbelievably, incredibly wonderful place! Wish I could have stayed for longer. "

"There is only street parking and you may have to pay if you don’t luck out and find free parking. You walk with your luggage to the apartment, we struggled to find the front door. No elevator so you have to carry your luggage up several flights of stairs. The room is small, but very comfortable and clean. "

They were so helpful in planning our trip, giving us great recommendations, making dinner reservations (some pre planned and some at the last minute), and helping us with our travel within Italy. They were a great resource, so friendly, kind and knowledgeable. The historic Palazzo is in a great location, was comfortable and well maintained, and was cleaned every day....

Check-in was very easy, communication and passports done virtual, location was easy to find, the host provided private parking outside the town walls, the one shower for 3 couples was a little tough and the beds were a bit hard, but the location and common space were wonderful. We stayed up late playing cards in the common area."

"We loved our stay. The property is gorgeous, tucked away in the beautiful hills of Tuscany. The view in the morning with the sun coming up was incredibly picturesque. Worth noting that the property is located in the hills and out of the way of any amenities but it does have a Conad (supermarket) about 25-30 mins away. Place is clean and well organised, plenty of towels etc."
