The “podere”, an old farmhouse which has been recently refurbished, is located in a very quiet position at only 10 km from Volterra and 20 km from San Gimignano. We can say that it is very central located as Florence, Siena and Pisa are all at 60 km; Lucca is at 70 km.
The property consists of 6 apartments, each one with private terrace and wi fi. Pet are welcome.
In the main building there is an apartment for 2-3 people, as well as the breakfast room on the ground floor. The owner lives on the first floor. The other house is located in front of the swimming pool, and there are 5 apartments.
