Grab the grand taxi from Meknes to Moulay Idriss. Then again, take another taxi from Moulay Idriss to Volubilis. It doesn't cost much if you can find fellow tourist to share the cab or you'll be paying for 6 seats. I actually tried to walk 4 km from Moulay Idriss. I ended up hitchhiking after half way.
