Fall is few weeks away in the Appalachian Mountains. My favorite fall drive is on the Cherohala Skyway. Indian Boundary Lake is a must stop and visit while driving through the Southern Appalachian Mountains. #golden
Very peaceful lake nestled high in the Appalachian Mountains. Awesome place to paddle around and enjoy the outdoors. There is a 3.2 mile multi-use trail around the lake to hike or bike on with plenty of views of the surrounding mountains. Bring your camping gear, paddleboard, kayak, canoe, mountain bike, hiking shoes and enjoy yourself!
