schlechterer Kundenservice BelvillaVia Belvilla hat ein Ferienhaus bei De IJsvogel in Voorthuizen gemietet. Die Mietkosten würden 827,11 € betragen. 708,96 € an Belvilla, der Rest an De IJsvogel. Aber vom IJsvogel bekam ich eine Rechnung über 190,10 €. Damit stieg die Miete auf 899,06 Euro statt 828,11 Euro. Ich konnte mich nirgendwo auf der Belvilla-Website darüber beschweren. Also gerade angerufen. Hatte beim ersten Mal nach 50 Minuten in der Warteschleife aufgelegt, das zweite Mal nach 40 Minuten in der Warteschleife. Wertlos!!!

Ein sehr schönes und komplettes Ferienhaus für vier Personen, neu und komplett ausgestattet mit einem geräumigen Wohnzimmer, zwei schönen Schlafzimmern und einem Badezimmer mit separatem WC. Die Lage ist besonders für Radsportbegeisterte sehr gut geeignet, mit vielen Möglichkeiten zum Aussteigen, aber auch für Wanderer. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich viele schöne Orte, die einen Besuch wert sind. Sonntags wird die Sonntagsruhe immer noch geehrt, dies muss bei der Beschaffung von Lebensmitteln berücksichtigt werden.

Die Lage ist großartig für Naturfreunde! Wir haben lange Spaziergänge im nahegelegenen Veluwe-Wald genossen, Der Bungalow selbst war gut ausgestattet und sauber, obwohl mehr Aufmerksamkeit auf die Instandhaltung gelegt werden könnte
