"Palvelu erinomaista. Aamiainen huippuluokkaa. Emäntä oli kattanut valmiiksi paikat aamiaiselle ja palveli jokaista vierasta heidän tarpeiden mukaan. Sisään kirjautuminen onnistui vaikka myöhästyimme hieman. Ainoa pieni puute oli että Suomalaisesta saunasta loppui teho jo toisen löylykauhallisen jälkeen. "

"It’s a very comfortable, quality hotel, really close both to the train station and the city’s sights, bars, restaurants and shops. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful and the room was clean and spacious. But the best thing of all is that it has a super rooftop terrace bar on the ninth floor, with the most fantastic views across Innsbrook and the mountains beyond, again with really friendly staff. "Not enough electric sockets, shower too small with no grab bars, no phone in the room. Noticed the the hotel wouldn’t allow a woman to enter with a small dog, which I found unusual. I don’t think I would want to return."
