"Nice place with excellent views "

"Truly the greatest stop of our journey through the Alps this summer. We were torn whether to stay outside the city center at one of the other communities around Hallstatt but in the end we took the plunge and stayed at Heritage and it didn’t disappoint. We were able to amble through its quiet streets at night amidst the drizzle and rain and it was perfect. Throw in a good meal at the restaurant there when the other places in town were closed or fully booked and I’d go back again and again if I could. What a magical place Hallstatt is and what a way to complement it by the hotel."

Plenty to does at the Inn and the region without needing a car. Wonderful breakfast and dinner options at the Inn and take advantage of the daily activities listed in the Rossl Post. "Great hotel and perfect for the slopes. Unfortunately booked as pay on arrival but they take payment 1 month before directly off your credit card. So you lose the key points too. Very poor that thus website pass on the sensitive data. "

"The hotel is advertised as having AC, this was a key element in my decision to book this hotel. Apparently they turn it off when it gets cold, according to them and other guests should just open the windows. We were promised that the hotel manager would contact us as we complained about it. That was on Saturday and we checked out on Monday. I have yet to hear back from her or anyone in the property. The receptionist offered us another room where they opened the windows. How did i not think of that? I asked to get at least a fan but i'm only a paying customer, why should i get a response? The hotel images, suggest that it is somewhat secluded. This is not the case as i was woken up by trains passing nearby (100-200m) at 7am. We had to sleep with open windows... Not my ideal vacation. The only bright side in this hotel was the F&B staff who were super friendly and helpful."
