"If the hotel owner is reading this review, I strongly recommend replacing the receptionist who was on duty on July 8, 2026, at around 7:00 PM during check-in.
I booked a Partial Sea View room, but I was not given the room I had reserved. Instead of solving the issue, she insisted that the mistake was mine and claimed that a partial sea view was never included, even though it was clearly stated in my reservation.

"This is not a new apartment. But the owner maintained the room clean. The room was decorated with some sewing stuffs (guessing owner family’s hobby)😊 While it has shadow, we enjoyed coffee time at a balcony in the morning. We could use a parking lot in front of the apartment and walked to center of Rovinj (took about 20min+, it was dark in the night).
Overall, we had good stays here."

"Very good location, close to town. Apartment was very small but had all the basics needed for a short stay. Owner was very friendly. The linens were quite old and threadbare and would be a minor update to make the place more appealing."

"Sweet little apartment about 20 mins walk from Rovinj centre. Neighborhood was beautifully quiet. Owner didn't speak English but we managed with Google translate"
