"The room was spacious and clean. All of the staff I interacted with were very polite and courteous. Breakfast was included with our room booking and it had a variety of offerings. We did not eat in the hotel restaurant."

"We had a lovely time. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast - we felt like it wasn't very appetising and a bit basic for what we were expecting. Very little fruit for example. The staff were helpful and the highlight was our room - it was gorgeous and the beds very comfy!"

"Very good location, on a quiet street, walkable from both the station and the old town. We had 2 rooms with AC on the 4th floor, both were spacious and well maintained. Water pressure and temperature in the showers were a bit variable. Breakfast was buffet style. The breakfast room was busy, staff kept the buffet replenished. Limited hot food but good range of European style cold breakfast foods. Coffee was excellent. One thing to note is that the breakfast room is in the basement and some of the ceilings are quite low if you take the stairs. There is lift access to the breakfast room which is fine. Public areas were clean and the reception staff were polite and helpful. You can leave your luggage at reception if you are travelling later in the day. We enjoyed the board games in reception while waiting for our taxi."

"Standard good quality hotel in good location. Didn't like the opaque glass door and wall for the shower room. But then I'm English and generally we don't like our spouses to be able to see us on the toilet. Couldn't get internet connection on my computer tried removing firewall and virus protection but just got same message to try again or contact staff. They couldn't help."
