"The last time we stayed here was several years ago. What a difference a few years makes! The hotel has clearly had a lot of work done to it since then. A lovely welcoming reception area with equally welcoming staff, really nice decor in all the public areas and the bar and restaurant. Our room was up a rather narrow creaky staircase but once there it was spacious with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. There are several other rooms accessible by lift - just ask. The breakfast was tasty with a good selection. We’d definitely stay again! "

"We were put into hotel de la gare (sister hotel next door)as it was better for limited mobility guests. The room and bathroom were perfect, being on the ground floor and with all the amenities needed. Breakfast was good quality and reasonably priced. The restaurant had a limited menu but was OK"

"The room was clean, furniture old but ok, it was very dark because the blinds were closed and had to stay closed because the room was directly on the street so people could look inside the room The people were very friendly also for the dog!"
