"Very clean spacious apartment in a quaint town. There was great communication with the owner and after a phone call on arrival we easily obtained key for checking. We had a delightful room overlooking the river and it was reasonably quiet. The only noise was late at night from some noisy teenagers in the street below. No contact was made, no solution was answered. I was left to find accommodation at the extreme last minute on my own. And no refund has been provided.
