I was told at reception I could purchase a cleaning kit for €4 so that I could clean my dishes, in order to avoid being charged for not cleaning my dishes. Any complaints have to be put in writing and sent to their office in Paris by registered post."

"Quiet and decorated in a modern, bougie style. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Parking is a bit unusual as it isn't paved nor marked and you just park in amongst the trees where you can. Price was very reasonable and there are many dining and grocery options in the near vicinity. Central Orleans is about 10-15 minutes drive."
