"Nice hotel, good location, and helpful staff. One small problem: I booked the junior suite, room 701, partly so that I could smoke on the balcony. Unfortunately, the balcony has no shade during the day and no lighting at night, which makes it largely unusable. A simple sun umbrella and an outdoor light bulb would have gone a long way toward justifying the price premium."

First of all Ana,receptionist was really nice but they shouldn't have told that someone will be there from 8 am to 8 pm. I sent message that I will be arriving by bus around 4 pm. I arrived at 5 pm. No one was there. I didn't had password to open the main door. Luckily one lady open the door for me. Second as soon as I enter my room no.106, I wanted to take shower...

"Staff was superb and extremely friendly. The hotel is in an older building’s 2nd floor, so beef up your muscle and carry your suitcase. My receptionist saw my elderly parents and helped with the heavy lifting. He is great. "
