"The pools were dirty, especially the indoor pool. We had to leave a day early. We alerted the staff to this when we checked in. They said it wasn't a problem and had us fill out a form. When we we checked out, they said they were going to charge us for the day we weren't staying."

"The views were sensational from our patio. The morning breakfast offered many selections and the staff was great. It could have used a bit of updating and a few more amenities. Sadly, the elevator was broken during our entire stay. "
