This cozy cottage is located in the village of Risika, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, next to a forest. The spacious interiors are modernly furnished and extend through the first floor, where there is a living room, dining room with kitchen and a toilet. The living room opens onto a terrace with magnificent sea views. An interior staircase leads to the 1st floor, where there are 2 rooms with access to terrace and a bathroom. Find refreshment in the pool, relax with your favorite book or barbecue with the family. By car you can quickly reach the sandy beach. Visit Malinska, Krk and Baska.

Prachtig huis in klein dorpje aan de rand van het bos.

Prachtig huis in klein dorpje aan de rand van het bos. Prachtig zwembad erbij voor privégebruik. Helaas moet je hiervoor wel door een stuk tuin lopen waar ook de buren hun auto of auto's moeten parkeren. En helaas kun je de tuindeur van het terras alleen van binnenuit afsluiten, zodat je dan door de voordeur, door de tuin van de buren naar het zwembad loopt en terug. Er werd wel geadviseerd deuren af te sluiten als je bij het zwembad vertoeft. Prima, maar investeer aub in een tuindeur die ook van buiten op slot wil, dat verdubbeld het comfort voor de gasten. Vanuit het veel lager gelegen zwembad heb je geen zicht op je huisje en tuindeuren etc. Het zwembad en de tuin is prachtig, met buitendouche en relaxstoelen.Binnen is het huis ook compleet ingericht, helaas op de slaapkamer waar ook een stapelbed naast een tweepersoonsbed staat is de airco ernstig aan vervanging toe. Deze maakt heel veel herrie en koelt niet goed.Helaas zaten er geen horren voor de ramen, zodat alle muggen vrij spel hadden. Bij zo'n luxe huisje zou je wel vliegenhorren verwachten en bv luiken om de ergste hitte buiten te houden. Ook zijn er Schorpioenen in de tuin en die wil je liever ook niet binnen via de tuindeur. Verder zou een investering in goede bedden wel nodig zijn. Deze matrassen zijn oud en doorgelegen en de lattenbodems al versterktof gerepareerd op bijzondere wijze. . Dit ligt voor geen meter. En voor zo'n luxe huis verwacht je ook goede bedden. Ook de slaapkamer met het stapelbed moet behandeld tegen houtworm, je wordt nachts wakker van het zeer luide geknaag en gesmak van de larven van de houtworm of houtkever. Het zou zonde zijn dat ze alle dakbalken kapot vreten..Verder is het een mooi huis, heerlijk zwembad en kleine supermarkt om de hoek.Lopend naar het strand kan wel,maar is een flinke wandeling met hele steile wegen. Als het boven de 30 graden is, wordt je hier niet blij van.

Prachtig huisje

Prachtig huisje, van alle gemakken voorzien. Tevens heel schoon. Mooi zwembad in combinatie met buiten keuken en zitgelegenheid maakt dat dit ideaal is voor familie met kinderen. Echt aanrader. Gedurende de week schone lakens etc ontvangen

Idéal pour des vacances au calme. Maison très agréable. Coin piscine magnifique

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances en famille. Île magnifique avec pour des randonnées inoubliables et des plages encore plus belles que sur les cartes postales. Nous avons beaucoup aimé les terrasses de la maison, particulièrement celle à l'étage supérieure avec vue sur mer. Le coin piscine-cuisine extérieur est arrangé avec goût et soin . Nous y avons passé des moments inoubliables avec les enfants . Avons pris tous nous repas là. Piscine de taille idéale. La douche attenante a été très appréciée. Nos enfants ont entre 11 et 16 ans. C'était un endroit parfait pour nous. Il faut juste savoir, qu'une voiture est nécessaire pour aller à la plage même la plus proche. Mais c'est aussi la raison pour laquelle cet endroit est si calme et reposant!
