"Small hotel with not comfortable beds… i order rooms for 4 and got only three beds. Everything has been solved. Cleanings service unfortunately not available over weekend. Perfect wellness in next doors"

Hotel is maybe a 6/10 Max. Internet is horrible.
"Tried to put me in inferior room than the one I booked. After complaint was given a room with safe not working. Third room I was given was an upgrade but the internet worked horribly in all 3 rooms which were in different parts of hotel, different levels. Bed wasnt very comfortable. No way this hotel ..."

Didn't spend much time in Vrchlabi, chose the town mainly as it is a a short distance from the Herlikovice and Bubakov SKi resorts where we went skiing.
