"We had an amazing stay in the house - it’s modern, well setup, has a lovely garden and a brilliant location in the city - an easy walk into the centre but far enough out for some peace. We highly recommend staying here. The host was very responsive and supportive. "

Appartement mal entretenu voir photos.Le réfrigérateur ne fonctionnait pas à l’arrivée et perte de nos courses par une température à 33 degrés ce jour- volet roulant cuisine ne se ferme pas - Fenêtre de la chambre côté rue ne se ferme pas- applique au dessus lavabo sdb ne fonctionne pas - miroir porte vers les chambres cassé au niveau de la poignée -...

Elle est sublime, avec un charme incroyable, un grand jardin, elle est très propre et neuveLa seule chose que je pourrais mentionner et qu’il faudrait simplement une petite lumière au dessus de la table extérieure pour les soirées ! Les 9 filles sont comblées (et ça c’est pas forcément évident) On recommande les yeux fermés !! "

Nadat we al enkele dagen ter plaatse waren hadden we een probleem met de eigenaar die beweerde niet met vrbo te werken voor de verhuur van het huis en er iemand anders geboekt stond om die dag de woning te betrekken.Hierdoor werd er gedreigd met de politie om ons uit de woning te zetten. Na contact met vrbo en contact tussen vrbo en de eigenaar werd het wel opgelost. Maar zou deze woning dus niet meer boeken via dit platform."

"This is a lovely, quiet place to stay in the Champagne region. It is situated in a quiet park 10 minute drive from Épernay. The host, Clement, is very helpful and service minded."

"We stayed one night on our way home to the UK. The hotel was really easy to get to. Staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We ate at the hotel as we had arrived late and the kitchen is open 24/7. The food was good and we had a lovely bottle of wine. Breakfast was delicious. I would definitely recommend and will use again. "

"Great hotel and great location. Staff were friendly but discrete. Parking on site and good bars and restaurants within 50m. Modern, clean and very pleasant hotel. Above all, staff did not insist on speaking English to me and put up with my poor French. A rarity in France in my exprrience! Definitely the best hotel in Epernay, we having tried at least 4 others. We will definitely be back!"

Holiday Inn Reims Centre by IHG (Chambres Rénovées)

"This was an excellent hotel that we had to book last minute because Bookings.com gave us a truly terrible place to stay! This was comfortable, safe, and exactly what you expect from IHG group. Next time I will book my full trip with them because it was far superior on a few occasions now!"
