"Nice apartment on 6th floor. Its within. Walking distance of everything that you need in Athens. Resturuants shops all within walking distance. Beds are comfortable and ac works, hot tub works (could use some paint) . Negatives elevator has no closing doors and is small so for kids parents need to be on guard as the wall is literally moving as you ascend. The apartment itself could use some investment paint ect. Also make sure you stop and get water and any essential items as there is nothing...

The condo was clean and was well represented thru online pictures. The building itself could use some attention. The entrance was dirty and a lot of displaced mail. The lobby is not inviting.
