"We tried to check in and our reservation was not in their system. The hotel made us wait for several hours in the middle of the night and would not help us get accommodations. Eventually they agreed to give us a room and told us we could reconcile the issue in the morning. Reasonable but older facilities and terrible service experience, even if the receptionist were polite."

"Everything about this property was amazing! It is very nicely located close to nice and clean beaches and the wonderful little town of Vrsar. The hotel restaurant is exceptional! The variety of food especially fish and salads was oustanding. The best thing was the hotel staff that is always so kind, polite and smiling. "Koversada is very expensive for the accommodation which, although clean and reasonably presented is very old - nothing much has changed in the over 20 years we have been visiting (and probably long before that)! However, it is convenient for us so we continue to stay there. Food is okay but not gourmet as their blurb states."
