We booked a standard room for our children. One bed was located under a sloping roof and our son (20 yrs) was not able to lie on his side on one side of the bed. Effectively he could only use half of the bed. When expressed our concerns to the young lady at the reception, we were met with a cold reply and the situation was downplayed. We had expected an hotel with better lodgings. Breakfast, however, was excellent and the main house was a charming place.

De accommodatie is erg mooi en ook gezellig opgezet. Je heb lage geouwen wat dan op de buitenkant op huisje lijken maar dat zijn ook gewoon kamers. En dan een wat higer gebouw. Het ligt tussen allemaal bomen. Over het hele park brand gezellige verluchting. S avonds hebben ze wel alleen maar een verassings menu maar die was heerlijk. Ook kreeg je echt de tijd. En het personeel was super vriendelijk en netjes. Er was een bruiloft en dat was ook heel mooi aangekleed buiten. Dit is zeker een aan rader ! Mvg Marry nomen

Very nice facilities. Some minors issues dampened the experience: Air conditioning in our room was causing a lot of clicking noises. Wifi reception in the room was weak to non existent Breakfast was mediocre and just OK. No custom eggs and bacon was very soggy and undone - even after asking for a refill.

We kregen een kamer in een bijgebouw. Het was een mooie kamer met een heeelijk bed maar toen we s,nachts de kamer binnen kwamen stonk het op de kamer naar vocht en riool. Aangezien het al laat was hebben we ervoor gekozen om een raampje open te zetten en te gaan slapen maar de geur was niet bevorderlijk voor de nachtrust. Bij het uitchecken hebben we dit gemeld en er werd adequaat op gereageerd en dat is dan wel fijn want ze nemen een klacht serieus en doen er ook iets mee.
