slow check in.

takes sometime to check in but we are the only guest at the check in counter. they gave us the wrong room no as per booking and they need to rearrange again. check in process consider very slow unable to multi task. the floor is oil for no reason at the lobby and also in the room. but they have a water dispenser for refill which a bonus.
