We stayed at Grand hotel for 7 days. Customer service was very helpful. I like the clean room, quiet atmosphere, close to beaches and shops. Loved the breakfast buffet with fraction of the price. Will come back again!

Location is excellent. Across from the front beach. This is where the locals swim and come to buy fresh fish daily right off thoses colorful boats. It is older establishment but because of that the rooms are huge. There seems to be so much room everywhere. This what VN used to be like 40 years ago. I loved the experience and would recomment it especially for highly intellectual folks who can have a deeper appreciation of this place.

Very noise. Woke up at 1 am with screaming teenagers in the hallway. Repeated at 7 am. Asked the hotel for compensation. In stead they were obsessed with a missing laundry bag. They didnt really speak English. The entire hotel is run down and pool area constantly occupied by team building etc. Not 4 stars
