"Enjoyable and comfortable stay while attending Smetana Festival. Very clean comfortable family run hotel. Spacious bedroom and bathroom Very helpful and friendly staff. Appreciated the many artworks displayed in room and throughout the hotel, unexpected bonus! Only downside was there is no lift and although I had no difficulty managing stairs to third floor, not ideal with luggage."

"I booked their "luxury apartment". Unfortunately, I quickly realized that there wasn't much "luxury" about it after all. As soon as I stepped inside, there was a terrible smell throughout the apartment. (I found out that it was coming from the drain pipe in the shower). The air conditioning in the room was connected to a pipe system that ran through the bathroom, had collapsed, the bathroom door couldn't close completely. "Ausgezeichnete Pension. Fahrzeuge können sicher auf dem Gelände abgestellt werden. Kostenfrei. Angenehmer Hinterhof Auf dem Kinder spielen können. Gegebenenfalls kann das auch gegrillt werden. Tee/Kaffee auf dem Zimmer vorhanden. Jederzeit wieder."

"Tolles Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal in deutscher und englischer Sprache. Was mich bei meinem 2. Aufenthalt sehr geärgert hat, das die Klimaanlage tagsüber, wo kein Gast im Hotel ist zur Verfügung stand und Abends, wenn die Hotelgäste kommen ausgeschaltet wurde. Selbst nach meiner Anfrage, wurde dies ignoriert. Ich habe mich für dieses Hotel entschieden, weil es eine Klimaanlage auf der Homepage anbietet. Dann im Hochsommer ein Zimmer im Dachgeschoß zu haben, ohne Klimaanlage, das finde...
