"Wow what a treat after a couple of very average hotels on our trip. Felt like a 5 star resort treatment. Great spa, great underground parking, friendly service, epic room, awesome rooftop bar, easy walk to lake. Will definitely visit again and can highly recommend. "

"We had extended our stay for one night, as it was our final destination after a coach tour. A number of personal toiletries were removed from the bathroom (presumably by housekeeping) while we were out for the day. Although the front desk staff apologized, there was no attempt at compensation. They were purchased specifically due to medical conditions, as items provided by the hotel cannot be used. We were a tad disappointed. "
