"We truly enjoyed our stay at The Usual in Brussels. It's such a cute and comfortable hotel. Great location and within walking distance to many great locations. We truly appreciated their focus on sustainable hospitality and their efforts in reusing leftover building materials in the interior of the hotel. Overall a great stay!"

"I was very surprised when I arrived to find this is a hostel as there is no indication in the description and I wouldn’t have booked had I known this was the case. It was clean and practical but not in the best area. We had to walk here at night from the train station and I didn’t feel particularly safe in this area as there were quite a few gangs hanging around. The room was very basic with no tea or coffee facilities and no remote control for the TV. Everything was clean but dated looking. The breakfast was very basic with not a lot to choose from. Staff were nice but I felt very out of place in a hostel where most of the clientele were large groups of young people."
