"This is the second time I have stayed at Hotel Le Plaza in 2025, February 2025 and October 2025. I have also stayed for varying periods over the last 3 years. Two of my previous referrals stayed with me in October 2025. I know I will be greeted at the front door, helped with my bags, followed by an efficient check-in at Reception, and a room will be ready. I was delighted to receive VIP treatment on arrival. On checkout, one of your reception staff helped me with my suitcase as workmen on Floor 6 had closed off the main lifts.
