"The breakfast was really good as was the room, and the happy hour drink prices were reasonable and the snacks were adequate. The only improvements I would suggest are they regularly check the ice makers on the floor because the ice maker on the floor I was on was non-functioning and the front desk staff I interacted with were okay, but a little on the indifferent side of things... They need to remember they're in the hospitality business and be a little warmer and more welcoming. I understand they had a lot of tour groups coming through and also that the hotel was pretty full but a little personal warmth goes a long way. Overall I would stay there again when in the Waltham area especially given that I got it at a decent discount through one of the online travel sites...."

"This hotel is very convenient right off the T Train / subway. It is a quick ride tonFwnway Park and I thought I would hear some noise, but we faced the street with the T and did not hear it! I am a light sleeper. Overall, the hotel was good, it was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodatimg. We stayed here two different times during our extended vacation. Both of the rooms had a few maintenance needs, but nothing that would affect our stay. For example the one hotel had a crack in the sink that was more cosmetic since it wasn't leaking. The first room had some cosmetic issues in the shower. Things that should be fixed to make this hotel feel more upscale."

Courtyard by Marriott Boston Brookline

"The location is the reason to stay here. Coolidge Corner is the center of Brookline with lots of dining options. The hotel is a mixed bag of small rooms and quirky layouts. We reserved an executive king, but first were put into a regular size room without a couch but a full sized table and 4 chairs! A kind desk person the next day got us moved to something that actually looked like the photo in the booking site. I specifically picked the room type because I have healing broken foot and need to elevate my leg on a couch. The Starbucks downstairs is partially staffed but serviceable. Will probably try the Iris Hotel right next door when we come back."

Hampton Inn & Suites Watertown Boston

"Very nice hotel with modern rooms and amenities. Plus decent cooked breakfast. It’s located not far from Harvard. The reception is located one floor up. The only tricky part is parking so that you can check in and get your room key. The room key then opens access to the adjacent parking garage. It’s a bit frustrating to do after a long drive to get there."

"Since I was at the hotel for almost a week, I definitely appreciated the laundry machines on our floor and the ease of using them. Hotel even provided laundry soap! Also, hotel room was bright and had lots of storage. It was in a wonderful location in Coolidge Corner and steps from the T train so it was easy to get all over Boston. Staff was all lovely."

"Used this hotel for new balance nationals in Feb. walked to the meet every day. It was a bit of a hike but nothing too crazy. Loved the room. Nice and clean and loved the crushed ice and water option on the ice machine. Also loved that there was a noise machine in the room, a decent breakfast and billiards table and pretty art in the lobby!"
