"We have stayed here several times. The staff is friendly and attentive and the rooms are clean. They are undergoing a remodel so it’s a little rough currently in the corridors but the rooms are still intact and clean. Can’t wait to see it once they are done!"

"Apon our arrival the remote in room for the tv didn't work. 2 night we had to wash our own towels because the Hotels washer was locked up and the couldn't get the towels out of it. Washed on the the 3rd floor at our expense only to find out that the dryer was out of service then had to haul the laundry back down stairs to the Hotel attendant to use the hotels dryer and then wait an hour to get our towels to bathe. Attendants never to be found at the front desk. People coming in to check in yelling constantly for someone to come to the front desk."
