Summary:
This quaint and charming home is located in a peaceful area of Sanger Heights. The 3 bedrooms boast comfy tuft & needle mattresses for you to enjoy a good nights rest. Cook up your best meal in the fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the living room with farmhouse vibe decor. This home is equipped with fast wifi and private parking. It also has a very nice large back lawn to enjoy the outdoors!

The Space:
Sleeps 6 people. Each of the 3 bedrooms has super-comfy Tuft & Needle mattresses and the master suite has an attached full bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator along with pots, cooking utensils and dishes for cooking up gourmet meals while you're in town. Large washer/dryer set will take care of your laundry. And the dining table seats 6! Off-street parking makes sure you don't ever have to fight for a parking spot. :-)

Sanger-Heights is one of Waco's oldest neighborhoods, and remains one of the most diverse and attractive locations in the city. Go for a jog around Seley Park, grab a burger at the World Cup Cafe - voted Waco's best new restaurant (right on our boundary), or browse one-of-a-kind antiques at Show & Tell; there is something for everyone here in this unique urban village.

Ethel Rose Cottage

Very clean beautiful cottage! Close to downtown, quick drive to restaurants and the silos. We really enjoyed our stay and our hosts were very attentive.

Great memories

Waco was a half way city for us and our other family. We knew we wanted to see a few things Magnolia, but most importantly to spend precious time together as a family.The home was perfect for our weekend. It gave us the space and comfort to visit and see Waco.VillaStay was one of the best groups I've dealt with when staying in a VRBO home. They were very attentive & informative. Treat of a Retreat

What a wonderful cottage to stay in. Everything was perfect and even better than the listing photos. This is a must stay in cottage especially if you are coming to Waco for Magnolia/aThe Silos. Beds were extremely comfortable, kitchen well appointed, and pleasant gathering spaces for coffee conversation and dining. Highly recommended!

Absolutely adorable!

We stayed at the Ethel Rose for our girls trip for four days. The house was so cute. The beds were so comfortable and they even had extra toiletries for us in case we forgot anything! Devorah checked in on us and asked if we needed anything, which we appreciated tremendously! We would definitely stay here again!

The cutest and coziest place!

This place is so much bigger than I thought it would be! It was furnished so nicely with cozy places to enjoy and close to a lot of things in Waco. The house was super clean, lots of amenities (including 1/2 pods), super cozy to relax in and come back from after a good day of play! Thank you for sharing!

Spectacular

Thank you for a wonderful stay in Waco. The house was comfortable, spacious and decorated spectacularly. We enjoyed the use of the grill, cooking both of our dinner meals. The beds were comfortable and cozy! We have stayed in many rentals and this was by far one of our favorite. Thank you for the attention to details.

Perfect Home for Magnolia Visit

This charming house is exactly as pictured and the interior is large and so comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed with multiple counter top appliances and a lovely Keurig Coffee Bar. The lighting is numerous and inviting. The home was staged for our arrival with softly lit bedrooms and living room accessorized with all things Magnolia. We felt special and welcomed. The mattresses are all supremely comfortable and the bedding soft and inviting. We loved our brief stay and will definitely return next time our friends and family wan to visit Waco.

The neighborhood wasn’t the greatest, and we feel. Someone was trying to get into the property at night while we were sleeping. I did contact the management and they said they were going to look into it.
