Needs major maintenance

This would have been a great place had we not experienced no air conditioning when we arrived and flooding of the hallway bathroom on the 2nd day of our stay. It was hot and humid when we arrived and there was no cool air. It was partially fixed the next day, but required my husband to stay at the house while it was repaired. The following day, we returned to find the floors full of water that took us a long time to clean up. The plumber came out to temporarily fix it. He had been to this property multiple times before and said the plumbing is old and is on its last legs. The owner knew there were these problems and chose to rent out this property. Do not stay at this property until necessary repairs are done.

Great Getaway Home

Very nice and quiet. We never heard the neighbors and the home was comfortable for all of us. Plenty of room for all the adults in our group.

Nice roomy home. It is just as described. Host is friendly and took care of any issues we had. This home is in a quiet neighborhood and plenty of room in the backyard to sit outside and enjoy the outdoors.

Nice neighborhood and good location

There were a few amenities that could be tweaked. I saw a note from previous guests that had not been addressed. Some things are missing like nightstands for the bed and comforters as well. The plumbing in 2 of the showers needed addressing, but I let the owner know that. Otherwise it was a nice stay and very conveniently located. I would stay again if in the area and those few things were addressed.

Beautiful, comfortable home. Booked this home because of the number of bedrooms and bathrooms for our family group. The owner was very prompt in dealing with any questions and issues that arose.
