Belmont Village is a wonderful, new small neighborhood of high-end duplexes right off “The Circle” near I-35 in Waco, Texas. All 1,050 2BR/2BA homes have polished concrete throughout, granite countertops in kitchen and baths, walk-in closets for each bedroom, and lovely tall ceilings.

Each home is equipped with two TVs with streaming capabilities and high-speed Internet. Convenient washer/dryer in unit. Each home also has a private, fenced yard with patio and storage unit. The grounds of the entire neighborhood are also professionally managed. Looking for stress-free, comfortable living? This is it!

A bit about me: I own and operate two short-term vacation rentals on the VRBO platform. They are ranked the TOP TWO in Waco for 5-star reviews (and #6 and #7 in Texas out of 29,000 VRBO rentals). I take customer service very seriously and truly enjoy hosting guests here in Waco! When I was given the opportunity to furnish and manage a small set of adorable rentals called Belmont Village, I jumped at the chance. I'm able to host travelers for a variety of stay lengths. 30+ day stays are available through VRBO and longer lease options are also available at Belmont Village.

I'm available THROUGHOUT your lease as YOUR CONCIERGE to help with whatever you need to make your stay at BELMONT VILLAGE a home away from home.
