"Nice little bungalow in a quiet area of Polzeath. Furniture was comfortable. Well fenced in garden for the dog to enjoy. Issue with toilet that was speedily fixed. Very steep gravel access road, not for the faint hearted. Overall a good property at a fair price, I would stay again."

Beautifully furnished, spacious, tons of storage, a very well equipped kitchen with good quality knives and pans, comfortable beds, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms were perfect for our group of 7, wonderful views from the windows, country hiking right outside the door, only 2 miles from the beach, and a great pub. "Small and compact but good value, ideal for our needs. Clean and tidy and with all basics needed for a self-catering holiday. The only issue we had was with it being a rather wet week on occasions it was hard getting things dry with only the one small radiator in the bathroom."
