"Everything was perfect"

"We stayed for 8 nights at this homely chalet. With 4 bedrooms there was plenty of space for our group of 5. The kitchen was well equipped [I would, however, have liked some mugs in addition to the cups provided]. The location was excellent being a short walk both to the bus, Jona railway station and to the Jona shops. Overall, a great place to stay on a visit to Rapperswil."

"There is no a person available at the place to ask for help. The lady who replied the emails (Klaudia) was absolutely kind and helpful, but, it would be better to have a person physically at the front desk."

"The location was very good , we were able to walk everywhere in Lucerne from here. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. It was a little small, but most European apartments are small, but the price was good"
