Amazing Hotel, Staff and City

Overall our experience was amazing, don't believe anything you read online about any worries for travelling here, it's extremely safe and all the people are very friendly, overall this hotel is a great spot with friendly staff and great services, they went above an beyond to make sure my partners birthday was extra special, 100% reccomended and looking forward to staying here again!

Very welcoming staff! Rooms are clean and comfortable. Look out over the city toward Petra is really nice. Free shuttle service to the Petra visitor’s center. A short walk up the street to several restaurants with amazing Jordanian food.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, and the mini bar was filled with drinks/ snacks etc which we were kindly told to use free of charge! The room came with a little balcony overlooking the city which was a nice addition. The hotel staff were very accommodating and welcoming, and happy to help with any requests. There are an array of lovely local restaurants within short walking distance from the hotel so you won't go hungry. Definitely recommend staying here whilst visiting Petra!

Our reception was fantastic, there were a few mistakes, like getting a room that had been smoked in. The receptionist took things in hand and got it fixed so fast that it left our heads spinning. They made outstanding recommendations for dinner and how to get around the city.

This is a really nice hotel. They made us wait a while before the room was ready but we were welcome with refreshments. The in site restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced.

So friendly people

The hotel is nice, a local modern feel, very clean, large rooms, top floor patio pool overseeing the town. But what made it different was the extra friendly people going many extra miles to making us feel better than at home!

Great little hotel for a short stay en route to Petra. The hotel is very clean and comfortable and we were provided with a free upgrade. Comfortable beds. Bathroom towels should be replaced.

The room was very nice. The staff was super friendly and helpful. It was very safe and quiet at night so we were able to rest before exploring Petra. Breakfast was included and it was delicious! They offer a shuttle to the entrance of Petra and they even gave us lunch to bring with us for free!

Great hotel with friendly staff and good amenities. We were upgraded on check in to a big room with open mini bar. Huge breakfast buffet with tons of options. When checking out, reception gave us packed lunches for our day, which we were not expecting and it was such a lovely gesture. We had our own car so drive down to the Petra visitor centre just so as to not have to walk the uphill back. Would absolutely stay again. 2 thumbs up :)

Loved our stay! From the moment we arrived all the staff went above and beyond to make our time amazing! They were so friendly, it truly felt like coming home every time we went back to the hotel. All were truly eager to meet any request or needs, which was so relieving after a very long travel day. Tameem was especially so helpful, friendly and understanding to our needs. All the staff spoke great English, Wi-Fi was good, and the amount of food at breakfast was overwhelming in a good way! They provided a free lunch/snack bag to take with us to Petra which was a couple minutes drive away, and some free refreshments in the minibar. Highly recommend this hotel!

Very much recommended to visit Petra.

The hotel surprised us already, when we arrived at 1 am after a 3 hour drive from Amman Airport. The receptionist was friendly and helpful as was all the staff from the beginning. The room was clean, nice, and welcoming. Good mattress, AC, bathroom. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and dinner very much. The chief of the dining area was the most helpful of them all. There are alternatives for dining in walking distance, but for a few days of stay the buffet offers everything including regional specialties. The drive to the Petra entrance is 5 minutes.
