"First off when I booked my room wasn’t ready. Somebody was already checked into my room so they moved me to another room which everything that has supposed to be ready really wasn’t ready. They didn’t tell me that it was a pet friendly floor so the dog barked all night and you had a pieces to the bed being broken off and everything. It was just terrible."
