It had all the amenities possible and the staff didn’t hesitate to provide us with anything required - friendly, polite staff providing excellent service. The location is also superb - right in the heart of the city, opposite a supermarket, mall, and garden. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!"

"We spent 2 nights here. Firstly the interior of the building is simply stunning. High ceilings, large windows, lots of open space and seating, plants and tastefully decorated. Our room was also well appointed with a large comfortable bed, wardrobe and air conditioning. The bathroom had a lovely shower and high quality toiletries. The bedding and towels were also high quality. There is no kettle in the room, but Bosco kindly provided us with hot water when I asked for it. The hotel is situated along a side road and in a less busy part of town so is quiet at night but just a short tuk tuk ride away from the centre and train station. There is a 24/7 supermarket and bakery on the main road just 5 minutes walk away"

"Convenient location. Room was clean. Staff were helpful. Hotel needs an update. Shower went cold within a couple of minutes. Road noise was prominent and loose external fixtures need to be repaired. Balconies were a good addition but external parts of the building need cleaning"

"The staff were amazing. We were a family of 5 with very young children, who were very active. The staff were very patient with the chaos that's our family and jumped in to help at every opportunity. Re booked them for our stay after our return from the resorts."
