"We loved the location it was as advertised. Close drive to the beach, loved having the pool and Jacuzzi option at the clubhouse as well. The houses had enough space for everyone and the backyard setup was nice to relax in the evening. Would highly recommend!"

"We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home in Makaha Valley! The house was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a perfect family vacation. The surrounding mountains and tropical scenery were absolutely breathtaking! We especially loved the peaceful atmosphere, privacy, and incredible natural beauty. The gated community made us feel safe and secure, which was especially important to us while traveling with children. Our absolute favorite part of the trip was visiting the beautiful beaches of Ko Olina! It truly felt like paradise, with crystal-clear water, stunning lagoons, and an amazing atmosphere. We made some of our most beautiful vacation memories there! We are heading home with wonderful experiences and unforgettable family memories. Thank you so much for your hospitality!"

"The place was lovely. The view and location wonderful. Check in was a bit tasking and the Wi-Fi didn't work for several days. But overall, we loved our stay. If we did not have to battle the overwhelming traffic in the Honolulu area on 4 different days regarding wedding activity, we would have had an overall beautiful vacation. But the traffic delays add a negative appeal to a Hawaiian vacation. I feel terrible for local residents that have to deal with so much change to their paradise. I hope other vrbo visitors do not have to venture into the city. The quiet and beauty of the island can be found right in the area of this vrbo. Thank you!"

"Everything was pretty great! Only thing we didn’t know at first was that the water heater is on solar so if you have many people stay and shower at night you will run out of hot water and have none til everything gets heated in the morning."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Experience was amazing from beginning to end. Ali’i staff were outstanding, they replied promptly with questions and issues we had. Hats off! The only thing I can suggest is to clean the floors and carpets. We took our shoes off because it’s the island way and our feet’s got really dirty. Overall Five Stars!"

"I can’t say enough about our stay here from the beginning till the end. We were a family of 8 plus a 1 year old and the home was very accommodating. Initial and continuous communications with Cynthia were excellent and welcoming. So let’s begin. First I will start with the pros: Views…amazing!! Check in at the guard station was easy. Checking into the home, easy. The house itself, gorgeous and beyond clean and super organized!! I have a little OCD so this was a plus. The house was fully equipped and we didn’t need for anything. We appreciated the beach equipment and especially the baby items. My family couldn’t stop raving about the house. During our morning strolls we could not get enough of the amazing 360 mountain views! I was a little leery about the location because of the reviews about the homeless but I assure you, you’re fine. The homeless in the town, which is not that close to the gated community, are the nicest people you’ll ever come across. We even dropped our excess items (waters, unopened food) off to them on our way out. Now the cons: 0-there weren’t any. We appreciated the comforts of this home and would absolutely stay again. Hope your family enjoys it as much as we did. Thank you Cynthia!!"

"Absolutely amazing and we are looking forward to booking with Jimmy again. Not only was the house clean and well stocked, Jimmy completely stepped in and took care of the situation that was not his fault. That gesture allowed us to have a very enjoyable wedding and vacation with no worries. 10 of 10 all the way! Fyi , the backyard was perfect for our wedding ceremony!"
