"Probably the best communication / responsiveness from a VRBO owner or management I've experienced. Also, very comfortable and perfect for what we wanted: instead of fighting crowds and staring at concrete in Waikiki, we find peace and quiet and stunning natural beauty here.Only minor criticism is the very thin pillows in one of the adult bedrooms. Swapped them with the giant fluffy ones from the kids bunk room and it was fine. Also needed permission to reset the GFCI in the bathrooms, which were found tripped and off when we checked in. Not hard. I just didn't want to touch the electrical without talking with owner/management first. Overall excellent stay."

"Very nice place. Plenty of towels, kitchenware etc. Small grill. There was charcoal there but not sure if that is normal. They had coffee, creamer, salt and pepper and other everyday items. Def wotht the price we paid and we wanted to travel around the island so it was a bit far from most tourist spots but we liked it. Traffic is not bad. Lots of beaches close by. Easy access. Only down fall is the distance to tourist spot but if you dont mind driving a few extra minutes then I would recommend the property. Also, nice pool and hot tub close by"

"Rooms were clean and kitchen was full of useful items. Towels and shower items were provided. Nice outdoor area! The only downside is that most tours or Hotspots are located in Honolulu which about an hour from the location."

"This was house was beautiful it had a very warm welcoming feeling. All the amenities were perfect and just what we needed to make sure we could utilize and get the most out of what we paid for the stay. The communication with the host she was also welcoming when she communicated . My family and I enjoyed our stay. The community felt safe with great security. The only issue was the houses are so close together it almost felt like there was no privacy When sitting in the Beautiful back yard the houses next to this one can over see into the back yard. Other than that the family and I agreed it was a beautiful place to stay and vacation. Mahalo for the time being we got to enjoy at this Beautiful home."

"If anything, the Hawaiian Princess undersells the view by not including a picture of the basic room showing the curtains open to the balcony. Our view from the balcony every night was turtles swimming around in the bay, which made for a wonderfully romantic experience."

"The property is great. The price is reflective of Hawaii during peak season. It wasn't immediately clear that we were booking two separate houses in one neighborhood, but we figured it out, and it worked out quite well for our large multi family group. It's in a very quiet corner of the island away from Honolulu and all the tourist attractions, with access to some very good beaches without the crowds."
