"Awesome host who goes beyond expectations to truly make you feel at home. Weather wasn’t great during our stay so the fireplace was really like a treat for us! We loved every minute there, such a beautiful environment to slow down, spend some quality time with the family and feel refreshed. Thanks so much Gaylene!"

"The rooms are very small and basic and in need of a lick of paint. The room was clean and the bedding crisp and white. Don't expect any amenities in your room, they are basic and in a communal area in the hall. But that is explained in the room described. The showers and toilets are also communal and along the hall and are nice and clean. We were fortunate enough be given free upgrade to the Delux Ensuite Queen room by the owner of the hotel. This was very spacious bedroom with a very large bathroom. The amenities are in a small kitchen area shared with two other rooms. All of the staff were very friendly, professional and fun."

"Absolutely perfect location right next to the water & across the road from one of the recommended eateries. Shops & supermarket were also handy. Walking/cycling track was at the door. The apartment was spacious and very clean. Highly recommend."

"Minutes from town and the hot springs, but in a world of its own; uber relaxing, well appointed and star gazing peaceful. Jan the host is amazing; Solomon the wee Irish donkey and all his other four legged friends makes it a one of a kind stay."

"Old fashioned but cosy place to spend the night for our family. I liked that it was close to the supermarket and restaurants. Well equipped kitchen and laundry. Quiet at night despite being centrally located. Overall a good spot!"
