We visited Auckland for my birthday. On arrival I asked for an upgrade. Although the hotel was busy, we were offered a suite for an extra $80 per night. We grabbed the deal and the suite was perfect for our 2 night stay. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Thankyou so much for making our stay special. 😃😉

The Hotel was clean and well kept.The breakfast was really nice, well prepared and nicely presented. The Ghost restaurant in the basement was pretty cool although the Bar area was deserted on on a different level. ( Not sure If there was another one we missed)
The bathroom was modern but a little too dark and the shower had no door which made the water splash outside which left a pool of water, poor design. Overall a good experience well located.
